Suggest Suitable Therapy For Arthritis

My nephew will be four in June and was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis as an infant. Now, after he has shown signs of being developmentally behind (minimal speech development, slow growth development/frailty), a genetic test has shown that he does have a chromosomal defect in the 22Q11 chromosome, however, his mom was also advised that he may have Brandt Syndrome. He has not had any noted palate or heart abnormalities over the years. Is there a resource out there to learn more about Brandt Syndrome or the chromosome defect? I m seeing general results defining the syndrome, but not really any support sights or information to help determine what this means for him developmentally. Any help would be incredible! Thank you, Marya
