Hi,Iam 40 yrs with 2 kids.My ultrasound shows bulky uterus (8.5*4.8*4.3 cms) and normal in echotexture.Its surface appears normal without any contour abnormality.No myometrial focal lesion seen.cervix normal.bilateral few small follicles are noted.right ovary measures 14cc. both adnexae are clear.no mass lesion is seen.no free fluid is seen in the pouch of douglas.I have heavy periods on only 2nd day. my periods last for 3-4 days with heavy bleeding on 2nd day. I get my periods once in 25days. pl suggest a treatment. I dont want uterus removal
