Medical History: Face paralysis last week and also MR images revealed moderate size space occupying lesion involving petrous bone including anterior wall of internal acoustic meatus in close vicinity of distal sigmoid sinus and jugular bulb suggestive of neoplastic etiology. The lesion measured is app 2.3 x 1.3 x 2.2 cms
