Suggest Treatment For HNPP, Epilepsy, and Fibromyalgia

36 yr old male height 5ft 5 weight 175. Confirmed Diagnosis HNPP, Epilepsy, Fibromyalgia. Formerly taking 300mg/day Lyrica, 20mg Vyvanse for ADD, Tramadol for pain. Tramadol unhelpful. Tried after reactions to gabapentin. Had to stop Lyrica due to one seizure two months ago after several years of control. Feel also that insomnia from Vyvanse contributed. Have since quit Vyvanse and Tramadol as well. Now in severe pain daily. Uncertain if there's anything I can do to ease it. Docs say could restart Lyrica at 25mg. 25mg feels useless. Thoughts? Also have had lung xrays which were fine, and breathing tests which came back slightly impaired. But still have had daily coughing spells for two years, ever since developing HNPP. They are getting worse. Thoughts?
