Suggest Treatment For Post Herpetic Neuralgia

I am a retired 70-year old male. I live in India. I have been suffering from Post Herpetic Neuralgia (PHN) since January 2009. It causes headache on the right side (I had Herpis on the right side of my forehead 25 years ago). The headache is more acute when I get up in the morning.
I have also been suffering from Uveitis in my right eye since 2002. There is a nerve just above the right eye (in the eyebrow) which pains even on mild touch. I am told that the cause of both Uveitis and headache is PHN, and unless PHN is cured, both Uveitis and headache will not go away.
I have taken Allopathic, Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic treatments during the last two years, but they have not helped much. Gabapentin (500 mg thrice daily) did give some relief (only about 20%) in headache, but the pain in the nerve (said to contain herpis virus) above my right eye persists. I feel both my problems will be over if the pain in the right eyebrow goes away. I may also mention that prolonged use of Gabapentin has caused weakness and pain in my shoulder.
All brain tests, including brain-mapping, were normal.
I have consulted many neurologists, homeopathic and ayurvadic doctors, but, regrettably, no one has been able to cure my HPN. I now request you to kindly help me in getting rid of my PHN. Thanks a lot in anticipation - S.N. Sharma, Tel: 0000
