Suggest Treatment For Post-concussion Syndrome

cover of an AC unit gell from about 10-15 feet and struck me on the head.I lost consciousness for a brief time and have been suffering from waht the doc calls post consussive syndrome. Headaches, naseau, vomitting, can"t read, sensistivty to light, and I am now goin into depression. MRI sows a probable cyst on left lacrimal gland. What does this mean? Thanks
