My boyfriend has a huge knot/bump on his forehead, which was bleeding earlier tonight. He also has a few scratches on his face and on one of his knees.

I'm not sure what happened. When he left to go outside, he was completely fine and normal. When he came back in about a hour later, that's when I saw the bleeding knot/bump.

I tried to get him to tell me what happened, and he won't say anything. He is also slurring a bit and seems somewhat out of it. I noticed a beer can on our kitchen sink when I went to get some things to wipe away the blood. So I'm not sure if the slurring and the "offness" is coming from him possibly being drunk or from a fall or worst case someone attacking him.

I'm not sure what happened and I'm not sure what to do. It's starting to really scare me.
