Suggest Treatment For A Pimple On The Penis Shaft

Hi Dr.Choudhary,

My name is Shadab living in Bangalore, i have been married for a year now and from past 6 months have very tiny pimple on my shaft, the pimples don't puss or anything, last week i found that those pimples have appeared on the head of my penis, Please Assist as to what i should be doing as its causing lot of embarrassment and mental trauma thinking about it.
