Suggest Treatment For A Tennis Elbow

Respected Doctor,, I am suffering from Tennis Elbow problem and it is very painfull,, I went to one orthopedic doctor but it seems there is only solution of injecting the medicine bone and it give relief for 25-30 days and become severe,,, can you give me advise as how to go for it
