Suggest Treatment For A Wrist Injury

I cut myself on the top of my Left Hand/Wrist opening a box. I had to go to hospital and have eight stitches (3 weeks ago).

The stitches was removed a week ago and the wound is still bleeding. They have stuck a SteriStrip on and dressed the wound but has kept bleeding since. I have been changing the dressing daily but is still bleeding.

The other problem is that I am in 7mg Warfarin daily for DVT.

I was wondering when it should stop bleeding and when I am able to shower without placing a plastic bag over my hand??
