Suggest Treatment For Alopecia Areata

This is Pradeep, age 30, height 6.2, weight 90,
suffering from : Alopecia areata
I was applying minoxidil 5 % for one year, and finasteride 1 mg for one and half year....
Intiallly there was a improvement in the hair growth..but later it was minimal. and after this i have gone for the mesotherapy ( 5 SITTINS) but off no use...
i STOPPED that steriod and minoxidil theray..
I need your valuable suggestion and guidance for the further treatment
