Suggest Treatment For An Ear Injury

Hello,
I got into a fight with my dad today and he hit me quite hard on the left side of my face, swelling my left jaw and bruising my ear, but what concerns me is that, suddenly, if I pinch my nose and close my mouth and try to blow air out of it, streams of air just flows out of my left ear. Should I be concerned?

p/s: I did not fight my dad back, I just consoled his anger and made up with him.
