Suggest Treatment For An Infected Skin Abrasion

Hi, I'm Charlie. I lost my balance and fell into a palm tree. I got a skin abrasion which I washed with hot water and soap, then alcohol, then bandaged it. for about 4 days there was little change as I kept up the washing and bandaging. About four days ago, it was seeping and I started taking cephlaxin 500mg. every 6 hours. I've been taking the antibiotic for 2 days plus today. It is about the same for the last two days. It is not getting worse, but not getting better. What should I do?
