Suggest Treatment For An Itchy Skin Rash

Our 4 month old has had a blotchy red rash for close to a week, it is slightly raised and it migrates and comes and goes. It does not bother him in any way, he is not fussy, no fever, and no loss of appetite. The only things that is different is he had his DTAP vacc on Monday and we gave him rice cereal this week b/c our pediatrician said he was ready for that. We took him to see our ped. on Fri and she wasnt totally sure and said it could have poss. been a reaction to the rice cereal. She gave us some benadryl and an oral syringe, so we have been giving him that and no more rice cereal. The rash hasnt gone away, do you have any advice?
