Suggest Treatment For Ankle And Wrist Pain

Hi, my daughters who is 14, hips, knees, ankles, wrists knuckle and toes joints hurt, sometimes its stabbing pains but always ache, it keeps her awake at night and then she is sore on rising in the morning, this has been going on and getting worse since last summer for the last 5 months she has had hives and swelling in hands lips and bottom half of face. are these connected? Blood tests are negative for Rhumatoid arthiritis, are there any other forms it could be???
