Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Disorder And Depression

My mom is in dipression she behave like a mental person.she dont trust anyone and she think negative side of every normal situation but she also behave like a normal housewife she do every work of our house care about her child can she get a normal life as us??

Hello,

If you think that your mom is in depression take her to a GP. Let her get clinically assessed. Sometimes, due to certain illnesses, stress & neglect, people get depressed or develop anxiety problems.

She needs a thorough medical check-up. Blood & Imaging tests. Her treatment will depend on the pathology detected.

Medical issues need to be treated first. If depression or anxiety disorders are detected she will be referred to a Psychiatrist or a Counselor for treatment & therapy.
