Suggest Treatment For Blisters In Vagina And Anus After Treated Herpes

I was diagnoised with herpes 10 years ago. I recently had a yeast infection and was prescribed Diflucan and took the dose on Wednesday. Since I started noticing symptoms of the yeast infection, I have had two scratch marks, one near my vigina, and one near my anus. I had also been taking an antibiotic which caused me to have diarrhea and as a result caused that area to be sensitive. Would the scratches be from the infection and possible scratching? Normally when I have an outbreak, it is not in the form of a scratch but in the form of one to two blister type places. I have tried to examine myself and I don't see the look of blisters that have drained like normal.
