Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose And Sore Palate

hi, iam usually very healthy but last night in the space of an hour i felt myself getting worse by the minute, my head felt all blocked and my nose was blocked and a huge lot of flem from no where appeared.i got up this morning very earlie because i couldnt breath propley then started being sick now i,ve got dry blood when i blow my nose,only from my left nostral, before all this happend my mouth top palete was REALLY SORE , please help!
