Suggest Treatment For Blood Mixed With Sperm After Masturbation

I am 28 years old, from Philippines.
I have a problem with my penis, when after my masturbation there is blood mixed my sperm, this start last February 2010 when I tried to muscle control, until now I didn’t go to doctor.
I don’t what I should do, is their any treatment I need to do? Or medicine I need to take?
Please advice me…
