Suggest Treatment For Bloody Discharge And Longer Periods

hello, i am 26, 171cm tall and weigh 13 stone.For the past 3 months i have been having bloody discharge and longer periods that smell of iron, i have worked out that in the 12 weeks i have only had 3 weeks of normal discharge that still smells of iron. I sometimes get hot flushes, feel sick and dizzy when i move, but am in no pain. could this be an infection?
