hello im waseem,41yrs 5'6" 65 wt.having a family history of diabetes,im also diabetic 6months ago but i've not started medicines,from the last 04days im having body aches plus severe cardiac sinking allthe time iwant to eat something but sinking remains there im having a bp 118\68 with pulse 95 pls help me.thankyou
I hope cardiac sinking means to be depression. Your BP is in normal range. I hope your blood sugar levels are under control. As in cases of uncontrolled blood sugar levels there are very high chances of muscle wasting which lead to body aches. And as being depressed which leads to over eating too can cause high blood sugar levels.
As you have being diagnosed diabetic 6 months ago and not on any medications, I hope you would following regular physical exercises as its the best way to control blood sugar levels and will also lead you out of depression.
