Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Face And Hives On The Chest, Head And Upper Arms

I have been having what I think are allergic reactions and don t know what its from - burning in the face, then hives on my chest, head and upper arms. Never goes below that and always stops quickly. All toiletries the same old, and its happened with an organic peanut butter protein bar, protein shake, egg and bacon breakfast taco, and egg quiche. All main ingredients I continue to eat separately and am fine, so it would have to be something insidious. Or, does it sound like something other than an allergy?
