Suggest Treatment For Carpal Boss

hi I think i have Carpal Boss, iv been doing alot of research online and it seems to fit. i have a bone sticking out on top of my wrist, it is visible when I bend my wrist down or up ( it hurts when I do this also)is there any treatments I can take for this?
