Suggest Treatment For Cerebral Hypoxia

I suffer from Brain hypoxia, I seem to be having and issue with certain sounds causing my stomach to constrict at points it will get so tight it will constrict my rib cage, I can t handle fans, the sound of AC, if I listen to the stereo in the car I can listen to country on low but if Def Leopard or gun and roses comes on stomachs is constricted, I can t hand the humming of my tires if I am at a low speed it s not as bad as a high speed. If I go into Walmart the fans in there will put me on my knees to a point of a seizure in almost 5 minutes, if I wear ear plugs no porblems. The printer in my office if I forget to turn it off and it s hums in my right ear, after 15 mins. It will cause me to studder, my right arm and hand will be stiff unable to use, and will be disoriented. What is going on with my hearing. Theven house fan has caused me to wake up from a nap and I don t know who I am, don t know where I am and don t know who my husband is, I am on Topamax for seizures. But I think this hearing also causing something with my left eye as well, and causing pain down the left side of my neck. To my shoulder.
