Suggest Treatment For Chronic Headaches, Dizziness, And Neck Or Eye Pain Despite Multiple Consultations And An MRI?

Dear Dr, I need helps. I have been experiencing headache and giddiness. I feel that it also start frommy neck, eyes (behind) then my head (heavy or lightness which i am not sure). It has been a prolonged period since early 2019 and getting worse recently. I had MRI early 2019 and found nothing. I have seen quite a few GP and Specialist and nothing helps me and without further checks some have confirmed that i have anxiety issues. May i have your helps please.
