Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a 58 year old, overweight male with continuous knee pain, about 28 years ago I damaged my knee playing sports and during keyhole surgery at the local hospital the surgeons found that the cartilage was damaged and proceded with keyhole surgery, however what they didnt see was that the ACL was totally torn and it wasnt until a second consultation around two years ago that I this was noticed and pointed out to me.
As I would love to loose some weight I find any excersie involving my legs in general very painful.
I have many other outlying issues with my feet as I was born with club feet, these include Claw toes, both big toes bent inwardly at 45 degrees, very weak ankles etc etc.
Is there anyone that could help my situation and give me back some quality of life or am I just too old?
Yours sincerely
Mr D.S Kondratiuk
