Suggest Treatment For Dehydration And Hypertension Causing Episodes Of Syncope

Hi, I am a 41 year old male who had an episode of syncope. I had drank a couple of glasses of red wine but ate a full meal prior to the episode. I thought I was just dehydrated and tried to get water, but I just passed out in seconds. I was out for a few seconds, hit my head and then woke up. I was very coherent, but was diagnosed at ER with dehydration. I have hypertension and though I am muscular, I am overweight at 6 feet 215 lbs. I had skip beats 4 months ago. I also have a diagnosis of g6pd. Recent treadmill test was inconclusive because my blood pressure was too high to complete the test. Pulse at 130 and bp was 220/70 at 9 min 49 sec. I am concerned because I have never passed out ever in my life being involved in athletics or any other events. We rechecked all labs related to dehydration and they appeared ok 2 days later. I did work out relatively hard prior to the event but it was one of my worse workouts ever - 80 minute workout, but drank water after the workout and recovery protein drink. I also have g6pd, but not really sure how severe I have this problem. Is it possible I have a heart condition? I have felt fatigued over the last 6-9 months. Thanks HC
