Suggest Treatment For Disc Bulge At L4-L5 Level Of Spine

Hello Doctor,

I am Uma , Married and having a kid . I am 28 years old. Below is my problem and queries for the same.

Impressions seen from MRI taken on 1st Jan 2011:
Early mild degenerative disc changes in the lumbar spine with the evidence of : Mild posterior central disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels , minimally indenting the thecal sac. no nerve root compression

My queries:
1.i have take IFT for 2 weeks , but my pain is still completely not cured .I am still having the tolerable pain.
2. Is there any treatment for this damage
3. Can I lead a life with no pain but bearing this permanent damage.
4. Can I start my exercises now , what are those exercises ?

Please help me
thanks
Uma
