Suggest Treatment For Dizziness

i have vertigo problem , That caused by my last month vacation. BP normal, health is great, no diabetic or cholesterol. I got heat attach in India, right now I feel very good, but recovery is very slow ,cos the place I lived in Canada is very cold. Some days I have very mild dizziness in morning time for few min. can pillow help this situation. If I use orthopaedic pillow may be helpful> nuu
