Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough And Throat Irritation

Hi, My name is Kifayatullah Danish from Kabul/Afghanistan. i am 27 Years old. since 2.5 months i have problam with my Respiratory / Pulmonology system, i have dry cough and also throat irritation. i used serveral medicine here in kabul. like Antiboitoic, alergy tablets but it did not give me any benefit. i also have alergy prolbam. please let me know is there any best treatment available in india? in order to come.
