Suggest Treatment For Eczema

hello. i want to ask. i have eczema for the the past 6years since i was 14. im already 20 now. what do i do with this eczema? ive tried and consulted a few dermatologist and it just didnt work. and, what is the difference btween psoriasis and eczema? am i going to get psoriasis too? please clarify. thank u so much
