Hello dear I understand your concern Multiple follicle in the ovary could be due to poly cystic ovarian disease. Reproductive hormone analysis will help in the diagnosis. It can be treated by birth control pill/progesterone pill, metformin.
Coarse, thickened heterogeneous myometrium showing mutiple, intramural myomas suggests adenomyosis. It also treated by the progesterone pill and GNRH analogue.
Do regular exercise, drink plenty of water, eat healthy diet. Other treatment will depend on the severity of the symptoms. If medicine will not responds then surgical interventions will be useful. Consult the gynecologist and take proper treatment. Hope this may help you
