Suggest Treatment For Fever And Horrible Headaches

I have been running a fever of over 103 up and down for over 4 days now. Urgent care and er doctor both tested negative for the flu. My other symptoms are horrible headaches, extremely painful stiff neck , back, and joints, coughing , dizziness, confusion. Even when I wake up it is so hard to even move. What could it possibly be?
