Suggest Treatment For Fever And Loose Stools In A Child

Hello Doctor, My son is 18 months old. He first started suffering from loose stools and fever about 102 F temp. for this i gave him the medictions nor-metrogyl,rinifol dry syrup and crocin.After 2 days he got rashes on his face, temp didn t getdown and some nausea also.Doctor advised to take a CBC and gave Zathran 200,Meftal-P, emigo.His CBC is normal and Malaria test is negative.After that he again started passing loose stools and he is now getting fever with chills .I am givving him Zerolac milk during this time.Could you pls tell me something why the fever is not sustaining for these many days.
