Suggest Treatment For Fibroids In Uterus And Cyst In Ovaries

My ultrasound showed the following info, what should I do? 3 fibroids in the uterus, posterior subserosal 6.1 x 4.5 x 7.6, posterior 2.7 x 2.2 x 3.1, left lateral 3.4 x 2.8 x 2.8. There is a complex cystic left ovarian mass with some calcification measuriing 3.9 x 3.5 x 4.2cm. the right ovary contains 2 follices, 1.6 x 1.1 x 1.8 and smaller than 10mm.
