Suggest Treatment For Frequent Headache

Been getting headaches everyday for the past week, they are quite light headaches, not painful , but noticeable. They come in patches maybe in the morning then they're gone after an hour or so and sometimes in the afternoon. I've had bad neck ache and back ache. Also feeling tired all the time, yet i can carry on with my busy life style, yet i'm having to cut down as it is showing. Also been getting a fever and sore throat which has faded after a couple of days and wasn't to painful. I have been for a blood test and the results came back normal. yet after this blood test , before i had received my results i started with belly ache which then went after a few days and then pains that seemed to ache in and around my body which where painful but faded away. Now i'm just tierd and head aches keep coming and going and i just want to know what's wrong?
