Suggest Treatment For Frequent Motions And Anal Rash In A Child

Hello Doctor, I need a help in solving a problem iam facing with my 7 monyh old kid. He is having a red rashes around his anus adn frequently prone to motions every 3 days gap ata range of 3-5 times a day. I have consulted child splst docs amny a times and was no good result though. Please help me in getting out of this problem , Ima really worried about my kid as this has been a problem for last one month now.

He may be having some allergy, may be diaper contact allergy. Also, suggested to rule out any threadworm or pin worm infection.
