Suggest Treatment For Headache After Surgery

I had brain surgery to remove a lesion from my right parietal lobe in December and now, suddenly, after more than a month without pain, my head hurts in that area. So bad, I almost can't see well. It has been hurting for about four hours now, and Tylenol didn't help. Should I be worried?
