Suggest Treatment For Headache And Blurred Vision After Injury

Hi, I was snowboarding yesterday (with a good helmet) and hit the back of my head a couple of times (on hard packed powder). I don't normally get headaches that bother me enough to take anything (maybe 2-3 a year), but I had a bad headache last night (about 6 hours after getting off the slopes) which was cleared up with 2 Advil Liquid Gels, and the same thing this afternoon (about 20 hours after I got off the slopes). For the past couple of hours my eyesight, which is as sharp as it usually is, feels cloudy in my left eye, and my peripheral vision seems slightly narrower than it normally is. I am a 21 year old female, in general good health. I take Metformin 2x daily for a hormone imbalance, but nothing else. Is this something to be immediately concerned about, or should I wait a day or so and see if it clears up on its own?
