Suggest Treatment For Headache And Blurring Of Vision

My boyfriend just showed up at home saying "if I stop breathing in      few minutes, take me to a doctor". He says while at work his left eye blurred, then he got dizzy and extreme headache. He doesn't eseenver get sick or ilo I'm terriedow to have seen him crawl into bed with years from the pain.
Couple days ago he hurt his neck on a roller coster, this morning he worked out. No medical insurance. =(
