Dear Dr.,



I had headach today and I have hypertention but today was different I felt something is coming. I ran out to walgreen Pharmacy and asked to check my blood pressure it was 162 over 121. they said I need to go to hospital.. I called my doctor's office but Dr. was not in today- Nurse said to go to ER nearest one. My office assoiciate came to pick me but I almost fainted- headach, blur vision. Rush to Beth Israel ER. But pressure came down to 145 over 97 Dr. said it is okay. I came home that was 4:00PM but

I still was having heavy head, stiff neck and feel like drunk.

I am leaving alone and afraid very much- I had Thyroid cancer surgery 2yrs ago and had despair and over stressed situation at that time and start to getting illness one by one..

I have CKD--kedney and heavy protain urine but past week or two, having more formy urine and edema, Diabetes, high cholestrol and few others that are not yet perment.

As I am typing, scare- back side of lower neck to head is still heavy , sort of dull pain kind and foggy. 20 min. ago checked blood pressure again it was 172 over 104 -10min later , just now checked again -it is 165 over 97 I am extreamly tired and sleepy now but also, prepaired to leave any time to ER. I do not what to do. Really want to go to sleep but very afraid if anything could happen. I just took 5MG of Enalapril and will take tricol 145MG with liptor 40MG together

And before I go to sleep, have to take Furosemide 80MG.

Advise if I go to sleep my blood pressure could be okay??
