Suggest Treatment For Headache And Pressure In Gum

I've been feeling light-headed for about 2 weeks. I thought it was due to change in medication, but I've recently gone back down to my original dosage and it hasn't helped. Along with the light-headedness, I have pressure on my gums (top and bottom) as well as headaches. The headaches are dull and only last a short while, but are irritating.

I'm 29 years old, 5' 9" tall and about 250 lbs.
