Suggest Treatment For Headache, Runny Nose And Chest Pain

HI, I have a very strong headache since yesterday, runny nose, dizziness, chest pains and lots of aches, caugh, fever only 38C

The headache is the strongest i have ever had, i am on painkillers since yesterday night, they dont make it go away, just bearable. do i need to see a doctor?
