Suggest Treatment For Headache

sir i am having pain in the right side of head , neck , below neck , arm, shoulder, lower back , knee and below knee .. all piain in the right side of body . i cant even write properly ... its been almost 2 years . all reports were fine except MRI in which it was written that i have minor disc buldges at c3-c4, c4-c5,c5-c6 level . And one year ago i went for a nerve conduction test in which it was written that one of my nerve is pressed . I hav seen so many doctors but not relieved . Some say i have migrane , some say fibromylagia , some say slip disc, some say writter's dystonia . Tell me sir what is the problem . i hav given up now . I am not taking any medication right now
