Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Flow

i'm 12 and i have quite heavy periods, i also have quite big clots. i'm dreading it almost everyday, and since i've started it's almost changing how i live. i'm fretting about when it will start and finish, and how different i am to my friends, i'm 7 days, they're like 3! advice?
