Suggest Treatment For High Cholestrol
Hello, Your boyfriend with high cholesterol level needs detail clinical evaluation to determine the cause of episodic tachycardia and syncopal attacks. Investigations should include 12 lead ECG with rhythm strip and 2-D Echocardiography (as needed). Meanwhile, for lowering of LDL cholesterol,l statin (e.g atorvastatin) and for high Triglyceride level, Fenofibrate oral will be needed. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Tushar Kanti Biswas, Internal Medicine Specialist
