Suggest Treatment For Ice Pick Scars On Cheek

hi,, i have ice pick scars on both the cheeks n they look really bad !! i hav undergone fraxel laser, dermaroller, microdermabrasion, TCA peel but m still not happy with any of it !! i have spent almost Rs. 50,000 on all of this over a period of two years !! i want to get rid of these scars as i dont like small holes on my face !! wat do i do ? will punch excision help ? wher can it be done in india ? how much will it cost ?
