Suggest Treatment For Immature Testicle

Dear Dr. Samuel,

My husband has one matured and the other immature testicles. Sometimes the immature one appears a little bit when he drinks a lot of water and it will disappear again when he take a shower with cold water, having sex ...

My question is what will be the treatment and what will happen if it's not treated well?

Thanks

Essete

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Noted the history related to your husband having an immature testicle on one side which appears on drinking plenty of water and disappears on taking shower with cold water and having sex.

The treatment always depends upon the most proper diagnosis which is possible by:
Ultrasonography and color doppler examinations.
Clinical examination by Urologist.
Semen analysis report.
Blood testosterone.
This will decide the treatment.
I find this answer helpful
