Suggest Treatment For Increasing Shwannoma Tumor Lesion

My son (Samarth Bhatnagar) is 11 years old , was operated upon for a shwannoma tumor lesion at D2-D3 position of spinal cord in December ,2008.

There after he again developed a lesion at L4-L5 position of his spinal cord. he was then operated upon and the lesion was was identified as granulomatus inflamation on biopsy . During MRI study, along with this lesion in spinal cord , he had detected an another lesion in brain.

on the basis of the reports of MRI , it was decided that he was suffering from Tuberculoma of brain. (i consulted 5 doctors and 4 of then confirmed of tuberculoma on the basis of MRI and due to the fact that the L4-L5 lesion was a granulomatus inflamation.Hence an ATT treatment was started on 22/11/2009.

during ATT treatment he was not given injections , but a combination of ATT medicines + steroids LYCRA CAP. , THUMBIBUTOL,SOLONEX,RCINEX,PYZINA , OMNACORTIL(STARTING WITH 30mg AND REDUCING TO 2.5 mg AND THEN DISCONTINUING STEROIDS AFTER ABOUT 2.5 MONTHS.)

on 28/08/10 , an MRI was done and there was no improvement in the lesion BUT DOCTOR PERFORMING MRI CONFIRMED TUBERCULOMA.

again the steroids were started and this time it was WYSOLONE along with RCINEX,PYZINA,LIVOFLOX,B-LONG.

after a treatment of nearly 1 1/2 years , again an MRI is done along with a contrast MRI and Spectroscopic MRI and again there is no reduction in size. Now the doctors are confused. they say it is not tuberculoma and that we should wait for 6 month and they have partially discontinued the ATT treatment. (It may be noted here that just for the sake of observation,.... after starting ATT , the general health of patient has improved drastically and presently he is living a normal life and is equally active in sports and other activities)

Hence ...now at this stage we are really confused and would like to have the expert advise . the size of lesion is 2.2x2x1.4 cm which is very big for a small child.
