Suggest Treatment For Inflammation And Joint Pain

Hi,

I am Arup, 35 yrs old, healthy, 5ft 10.5" with 77.5 kg weight, working in MNC as Ops Manager, involves night shifts. I do regular excercise. Past few years, I get joint pains, especially knees, toes, fingers (not on tips), wrist etc. The frequency of occuring joint pains are getting more frequent and inflemmation is more. Things are getting critical. Dr has suspected Rheumatoid arthritis and suggested to do 3 blood tests consequtively, i.e, RA Factor etc. What would I do? The pain is unbarable at times. Pain shifts from one joint to another and dont last more than a day. What is the cause? i could see all medicines related to Rheumatoid arthritis are either painkillers or steroids which has massive side effects. Please suggest.
